Refunds

We accept refunds as long as the item has not been opened from original packaging/worn. Refunds must be started within 7 days of delivery. To start a refund, please contact us. All refund ship-back charges are incurred by customers.

We do not accept any refunds on any dwarf goats. They are final sale. If for any reason your goat kid is sick/lethargic within 24-48 hours of purchase, we will exchange them for a healthy goat.

Cancellation

Cancellations are only possible if the ordered item has not been shipped out yet. We usually ship all items after customer payment clears within 3-5 business days. If item is shipped, customer must wait until receiving the product and contact us to start a refund.

For studio booking cancellations, we allow cancellations to be made up to 24 hours until your booking time. If you cancel within 24 hours of your booking, we cannot offer a full refund.
